ok, so i started working at this pub/club recently, i would like some tips on how i should flirt with the ladies. I look young and have a baby face (22 yrs old) but look 20 or so... anyways i would like to meet some girls. i know im good looking. i always catch them looking at me, and when i serve them they all smile .. so how to talk to them and stuff .. any tips are welcomed.How to flirt with girl/ladies as a male bartender ?

calling the ladies 'darlin','hon', 'sweetie' or 'my dear' with your most sincere smile goes a long way.
ooh oh im a girl and the one thing that gets me ALL the time, is u make them feel bad for you, ok so u ';accidentally'; drop her drink after you pour it, u start cutting urself down, then say im really sorry, i do that all the time, drinks are on me tonight. it'll work!! and look into her eyes, kinda bite ur lip, then look away. if all that doesen't work, then comment on something that she has, (not her breasts) then walk away. works like a charm!! =] good luck!!
do some tricks if you know how.. u dont wanna humiliate urself w/bottles crashing on the floor. and call her honey darling sweetie with a smile

but you cant be buying them drinks all the time or you'll be broke

come up with some good random jokes the cheesier ones work well too! :) cracking a joke lightens them up and the girls know your a funny easy going guy

ask them where they are from---if from out of town ask them bout where they live or why they are visiting-

ask them why they are at the bar (group of girls)--like is it a girls night--what are the girls plans...are you invited later ;)

chat with them show them that you are interested in them

compliment them if they do look good but dont make it really cheesy and dont go over the top and sound like a freak
i think u should say ';hey their honey'; or somthin like that just use cute words and give them a nice look u know

2. dont stop yourself from complimenting someone, like saying that they look nice

3. say ';good choice'; or ';thats what i would get'; for when they pick a drink. (as long as its not too girly, like an apple martini with sugar on the rim. haha)

4. smile. a lot.

5. comment like ';you sure have energy, i saw you dancing over there'; sort of thing. it will let them know you are interested and were looking at them.

6. give them an extra cherry on their drink or lime, or if you REALLY like them, pay it for them...

7. Pay close attention to details, you may find something in common, like if they have a pin from a band you like, or a key chain from somewhere you know. thats a GREAT convo starter. and they will know you were paying attention



dont be too cheesy. no stupid pick up lines. unless you use it as a conversation starter.
