The best way to flirt without sounding weird is to pretend that the girl is your sister. That way all your comments to her are non-threatening and not weird. Make jokes about her shoes, hair, purse. Push her around in a playful way. Get her laughing or even a little mad by something you said. When you are in conversation, ALWAYS stand your ground with your opinion. Don't ever agree just to get her to like you. She will respect and like you more if you stand by your convictions. Tell her she is the 2nd prettiest girl in the room and watch her reaction. ok this is gonna sound like the thing you'll hear repeatedly but be yourself i generally just talk to em like they are somebody who seems cool but don't know yet you know tread carefully but act as you normally would
