I'm going to assume a regular conversation goes like this:
You: Hey
Her: Hey! What's up?
You: Not much, you?
Her: Oh, not much. Just watching TV.
You: Cool. Ready for class tomorrow?
(etc.)
What you can do is this:
You: Hey!
Her: Hey! What's up?
You: Not much, just thinking about you.
You will have to judge it on how she replies to that of course. Here are some scenarios (conversation continued):
Scenario 1:
Her: Oh really? I was just thinking about you too...
You: Oh? How were you thinking about me?
Scenario 2:
Her: Were you? Why's that?
You: (tell her exactly why or something like): Because I can't stop.
Scenario 3:
Her: Umm...you were?
You: Yeah. That's why I texted you
If she is into you it won't be hard at all. If you don't know if she is, her response to your flirt should let you know accordingly. A response like scenario 3 would probably tell you she's not really enjoying the flirt.
Once you get into it, it will come easier. Don't come on too strong, going at a steady pace will open more doors for you than going for the gold right away.

Couple of winks smileys and don't keep 'lol' I know when people don't know what to say the add lol a lot in texts, it's something we write when really we aren't.
Unless she implies something sexy or texts something sexy don't pile it on it as experience taught me a few years ago makes people think your a bit sex starved.
