Typically it means she likes you and is hoping you'll ask her out. That or she is just trying to make you feel better. But I'm thinking it's the first choice. If she's flirting, it's definitely the first. Girls flirt different ways, but good indicators are she giggles alot, she plays with her hair, she leans into you when she talks and laughs, she holds a gaze for a long period of time, or if she seems to touch you lightly here and there throughout the conversation. Some girls try to make you seem like a bad guy (as a joke) to flirt; for example they might be like ';oh you're so mean. You always make fun of me.'; and then fake pout. well she either likes u or nos someone who likes u. well usually if id ask a guy out id wanna make sure he dnt already have a gf and then id make my move. keep ur eye on her and see if its a flirt or jus a lead on cuz us girls can b confusing at times. well idk wut else to say mmk peace hope i could hlp a tad bit
