Well, you have to let flirting come naturally. If you talking to a girl and are into her, then it'll automatically come to you, and you'll know what to do. Dont think about it.
Though Im not a guy, but most of them do tell jokes to make the girl laugh/tease them. They touch them anywhere, doesnt matter where, even if its on the girls arm or w/e. Any guy that can make me laugh is great. You can tell if the girl flirts back if she laughs or smiles alot. There's more, but you get the point.How does a guy flirt with a girl?

but whatever you doo, do NOT make gross jokes, or do unappropriate stuff thats not funny. dont be a jerk.
