13 year olds should not be flirty. There ought to be a law that says so. 13 year olds should just be friendly and have fun and grow up. But if you think you need to flirt, take some lessons from your friend and do as she does. Flirting can get you in trouble if a guy gets the wrong idea about how far he can go with you as determined on the way you act towards him.
