I recently became aware of my gayness, but my problem is that I don't know how to flirt with girls! I even know how to flirt with guys because that's what society has taught me... is it weird that I find myself flirting with guys more than girls? even if I'm attracted to the girl and not to the guy..How does a girl flirt with another girl?

You def. need to build up a gaydar- process everything, from where they are, who they're with, what they're wearing, how they act, what they're drinking (if it's at a bar), everything...

If you think they are gay and you like them and feel comfortable with it, then I would say start off slowly, it's easiest to be funny, making jokes, just to loosen up, if she laughs then gradually start talking about this or that, and if she starts flirting back, they're probably into you
sometimes when flirting with girls u have to test the waters and be a little more subtle than with a guy. because you dont know if she is straight gay or even homophobic. a few ways to do this is hold her gaze for longer than usual. if she holds ur gaze back, she might b into you. or you can lay your hand on hers, and leave it. if she moves away that might b a signal to back off. If these subtle tests go well u might try the bolder moves u would use on a guy. Or if the girl is lesbian and u already know she likes u.
flirting is flirting, give her glances you know the ';im undressing you with my eye look'; let her catch you looking at her and when she does smile a little or bite your lip like your trying to hold it back, its all the same ';accidental'; hand touches, and just flirty talk giggling etc compliment her, tell her she looks pretty or she has nice hair etc or shes good at that. its all the same if your hitting on a girl or a hobo! flirting is flirting!
i'm friendly like normal and then if the girl seems cool and open minded i'll touch her arm when i say something or just make contact somehow and see if she's comfortable and usually if she's interested she'll make contact somehow. i'm not saying grab her or anything...just put your hand on her arm for a second and face directly toward her to make her the center of your attention. gay/bi girls will get the hint.
Um. I think all people flirt the same way. It wouldn't matter if they are gay, lesbian, or straight. There's no specific way to flirt.

There seems no problem, as you flirt with guys so you can flirt with girls.Use your experience that you have got from guys and search acceptable girls without hitch.
