have you ever worked anywhere and had a manager who just sat around and flirted with girls he had hired?





and the guys they do hire to work there are like their little sidekick friends i am imagining .



but what i dont understand is why they dont have a problem with him sitting around doing nothing much except hitting on the girls he hired.



and if he doesnt like you , you get ';let go';??



how common is this ?



and how arrogant do these types of managers act usually?
