tell her she sees you as a perfect guy just because you are the one for each other.
Just be yourself. It's obvious she already likes you by telling you that she thinks you are perfect you must be the type of guy that she herself feels would be perfect for a lady, most likely her. Maybe if she thinks you are perfect she feels she is not good enough for you or thinks you are looking for someone that is perfect just like yourself. Tell her how you feel about her and tell her that you think what would be perfect would be if she would go out with you on an official date and maybe see what happens, that would be perfect. Choose one of her unconscious habits, (which you do actually like) and look her in the eyes, and tell her that it kills you when she does that. A lot of this up to your presentation skills, you need to make it obvious that you a seeing her as a women you care about and happen to find incredible sexy.
