As a girl, I just talk to guys and the flirting just comes out. They will not flirt back unless they like you, trust me. So if you think they are flirting, ask them out for a walk in the park or something really public so she knows you are not trying to get into her pants. Girls HATE it when guys move so fast. Smile Back or laugh or LOOK at you LONG ......THEN you just ask a QUESTION like What is your name and MAKE small conversation ask what class she is in and then say HOPE to see you again! Then you can say BTW can I get your NUMBER.......but take it SLOW
