you should try and find out some stuff about the girl to make sure you would actually like her, most pairs fail because they are just not right with each other. then once you are sure, pretend to do something like drop your pencil next to her or something. from then your could ask her to get your pencil to start the flirt or grab the pencil and bump into her and apologize to start the conversation. you seem to be shy so i segest the first way. one other way is you could just find her like by her locker so something and start the flirt

Well I personally like guys who start the conversations, instead of me starting them and keeping them form ending.
